Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads through telecalling.

Explain loan products and recommend suitable options to clients.

Assist clients with documentation and loan application processing.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

Experience in sales/telecalling is a plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Hindi and English.
