Beauty Therapist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Beauty Therapist to provide a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments to our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of skincare, body treatments, and grooming services, along with strong interpersonal skills to ensure clients feel relaxed and pampered.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, massages, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.

Perform skin analysis and offer skincare advice tailored to individual client needs.

Recommend appropriate products and treatments to clients.

Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.

Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Keep up-to-date with new beauty techniques and industry trends.

Manage bookings, client records, and payment processing as needed.

Upsell salon services and retail products.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role.

Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology.

Knowledge of various beauty therapies and products.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with advanced treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, or chemical peels).

Sales experience in beauty products or treatments.

Ability to handle multiple clients and appointments efficiently.
