Billing Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer responsible for preparing client bills, contractor bills, and maintaining accurate project cost records as per work progress and contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare RA bills, final bills, and quantity take-offs as per drawings and site progress.

Verify measurements with site engineers and maintain BOQ tracking.

Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams for billing data.

Check subcontractor/vendor bills and ensure compliance with agreements.

Maintain billing documentation, invoices, and reconciliation reports.

Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders.

Ensure timely submission of bills to maintain project cash flow.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.

Drafting and Drawing Reading

2–5 years of experience in construction billing or QS roles.

Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and measurement sheets.

Proficiency in Excel and basic billing software.

Skills:

Attention to detail

Good coordination and documentation skills

Understanding of construction drawings and site execution
