Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can build strong client relationships, generate leads, visit clients, and close deals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting business owners and converting conversations into business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients
  • Visit clients and present Growth Solutions’ services
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Close deals and support onboarding of new clients
  • Follow up with leads and maintain basic sales records

Requirements:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in meeting clients and pitching services
  • Basic understanding of sales/marketing.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
