Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales for rooftop solar projects. You will handle leads, conduct site visits, present proposals, close deals, and coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution from booking to installation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound + self-generated leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Call, qualify, and schedule site visits with customers

Visit sites and collect basic technical inputs (roof area, load requirement, shadow issues)

Explain solar solutions clearly: pricing, generation, ROI, subsidy guidance, net-metering process

Prepare and share quotations/proposals and follow up till closure

Negotiate confidently and close residential/commercial solar projects

Coordinate with survey/technical team for final feasibility and BOQ

Collect documents, confirmations, and payment milestones as per process

Maintain daily reporting/CRM updates (calls, visits, follow-ups, closures)

Requirements

Experience in field sales/business development (solar/real estate/electrical preferred)

Strong communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred)

Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory

Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline

Comfortable with customer handling, negotiation, and on-ground execution
