Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students and working professionals through calls, emails, and digital communication channels to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning needs.

Provide clear, accurate, and detailed information about full-time and distance learning programs, including eligibility criteria, curriculum structure, fees, and career outcomes.

Counsel and guide candidates by assessing their educational qualifications, professional experience, and long-term career goals to recommend suitable academic programs.

Proactively follow up on leads generated by the company, address queries, and effectively convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospects by offering end-to-end support throughout the enrollment process.

Conduct in-depth needs analysis to ensure candidates are aligned with the most appropriate programs for their personal and professional growth.

Consistently achieve assigned admission and revenue targets through effective lead conversion and counseling strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging career paths, and developments in education to provide informed guidance to prospects

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, student interactions, and admission status in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal processes.
