Business Development Manager – Auto Loans| Bhopal
- Lead sourcing activities for the auto business across the state, ensuring effective market coverage.
- Provide excellent customer service to strengthen client relationships.
- Manage and motivate frontline sales and business development teams for optimal performance.
- Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with customers, dealers, corporate DSAs, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
- Guarantee quality sourcing to meet business targets.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives for liability and Third-Party Protection (TPP) products.
- Onboard Dealer & DSA to source more business.
- To Evaluate proposals and structure finance for respective product across state.
- Drive profitability in his state by monitoring key profitability metrics
- Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep a high activity level in the state
- Grow the business and meet monthly revenue targets.
