Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Bhopal (Office-based Job)

Job Type: Full-Time

Industry: Wedding Photography & Cinematography

Salary Range: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (Based on experience and skills)

🔶 Job Purpose:

Hamare wedding photography studio me Customer Relationship Assistant ka main role hoga client se professional communication rakhna, enquiries handle karna, follow-up karna aur bookings close karna. Aap hamare clients ke saath pehla touch-point honge jisse unka pura experience decide hota hai.

🔶 Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Client Enquiries Handle Karna:

Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Phone Calls, Facebook aur Website par aane wali sari enquiries ka polite aur timely reply karna.

Wedding photography & cinematography packages clients ko explain karna.

Follow-Up & Lead Management:

Interested clients ko regularly follow-up karna (calls, messages ke through).

Lead ka proper record rakhna Google Sheets ya CRM system me.

Booking & Scheduling:

Shoot bookings confirm karna aur appointment schedule karna.

TEAM ko timely shoot reminders dena.

Payment Coordination:

Advance aur full payment ka follow-up karna.

Payment details clients ko share karna aur confirmation lena.

Client Support:

Wedding shoot ke dauraan clients ke sath coordination rakhna

Client queries ka solution dena pre & post wedding shoot.

Feedback & Review Collection:

Shoot ke baad clients se feedback lena.

Online Google reviews aur testimonials lene me madad karna.

Documentation & Reports:

Daily enquiry reports, booking reports aur payment updates banana.

Photography shoot calendar ko update rakhna.

Handling Client Meetting ( Online & Offline Mode )

🔶 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi - English Preferred).

Polite, professional aur client-friendly behavior.

WhatsApp Business, Instagram aur Facebook DM handling ka accha knowledge.

Basic smartphone & computer skills (Google Sheets, Excel, Emails).

Follow-up aur sales closing me acchi ability.

Multi-tasking aur time management skills honi chahiye.

Wedding photography ya creative field me interest ho toh extra benefit.

🔶 Preferred Experience:

Minimum 1 Year ka customer service, tele-calling, ya client handling ka experience.

Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain jo confident aur fast learner ho.

🔶 Working Hours:

10: 00 AM to 7 :00 PM (Friday off ya Wedding Days par flexibility as per requirement).

🔶 Salary & Perks:

Fixed Salary ₹8,000 to ₹50,000 (Based on skills & experience).
