Job Summary:The Calibration Engineer is responsible for the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of test equipment and instrumentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements. This role involves developing and maintaining calibration procedures, analyzing data, and ensuring instruments function accurately and efficiently across departments.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform calibration and maintenance of a wide range of instruments and equipment (mechanical, electrical, thermal, pressure, dimensional, etc.).
• Develop and document calibration procedures in accordance with international standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025).
• Maintain detailed calibration records and certificates in the database or calibration management system (CMS).
• Analyze calibration data and results to determine trends or recurring issues.
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and quality teams to schedule calibration activities.
• Ensure all equipment meets compliance and quality assurance standards.
• Support internal and external audits, including preparing documentation and reports.
• Recommend equipment replacements or upgrades based on calibration performance and cost-efficiency.
• Train technicians or other staff on calibration procedures when needed.
• Collaborate with vendors or third-party labs for outsourced calibration services.
