Channel Development Manager

Position: Channel Relationship Manager – Elite Partner Program

Location: Bhopal (Field Travel Required)

Shree Sheetal Group is expanding its Elite City Partner Network across multiple districts. We are looking for a confident and professional female candidate to manage and develop our high-value channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and onboard city partners

• Maintain strong relationship with influential partners

• Coordinate site visits and deal follow-ups

• Travel to assigned towns for partner verification and meetings

• Monitor performance and maintain reporting structure

• Represent company in partner meetings

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA preferred)

• 2–5 years experience in sales/channel handling

• Strong communication skills

• Presentable and professional personality

• Willingness to travel

• Leadership mindset

Compensation:

Attractive fixed salary + performance incentives + travel allowance.
