Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering their queries through chat and voice calls. If you're a good communicator, friendly, and have a passion for helping people, we'd love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

·        Respond to customer inquiries via chat and voice calls.

·        Provide accurate information about products and services.

·        Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

·        Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.

·        Follow company guidelines and processes to ensure quality service.

·        Record customer interactions and feedback for future reference.

Requirements:

·        Fresher’s and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

·        Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

·        Basic computer knowledge (typing, browsing, using software tools).

·        Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure.

·        Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

·        Prior experience in customer support (for experienced candidates) is a plus.

Shift Timings:

·        For Male Employees:

·        Rotational Shifts (9 hours shift).

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 day off).
