• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when required
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Eligibility Criteria:Graduate (Any Stream)
• Good communication skills (written)
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Night shift allowance
• Salary hike after 6 months & 1 year
