Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice & Chat Process)
Location: Bhopal
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through calls and live chat
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with quality support
• Meet daily performance and productivity targets
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 (Based on interview & experience)
