Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement:
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. 
• Relationship Management:
• Developing and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to foster trust and loyalty. 
• Sales and Growth:
• Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing client engagement to drive revenue growth. 
• Issue Resolution:
• Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, often in collaboration with other departments. 
• Internal Coordination:
• Working with internal teams (sales, customer service, product) to ensure client needs are met and that clients are satisfied with products or services. 
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Tracking client feedback, analyzing performance data, and preparing reports to inform strategies for improvement.
