Position Overview:

We are looking for a sincere and experienced Compliance Officer to ensure that the company strictly follows all RBI, NBFC, and regulatory guidelines. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining legal compliance, handling audits, and ensuring smooth regulatory reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 30 to 45 years

• Gender: Male Only

• Marital Status: Married (Mandatory)

• Must be disciplined, trustworthy, and detail-oriented

Experience Required:

• Minimum 4 years of overall experience

• At least 2 years in Banking / NBFC / Finance sector

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, NBFC regulations, and Digital Lending norms

• Stay updated with latest circulars and implement changes

Documentation & Reporting:

• Manage loan documentation and compliance records

• Handle regulatory filings and reports

Credit Bureau Reporting:

• Monitor and verify data submission to:

• CIBIL

• Experian

• CRIF Highmark

• Equifax

• Identify and resolve rejection errors and data discrepancies

Audit & Internal Control:

• Conduct internal compliance checks

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits

KYC & AML Compliance:

• Ensure proper KYC verification process

• Monitor AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance

Coordination & Liaison:

• Coordinate with:

• Banks

• API partners

• Legal advisors

• Regulatory authorities

Risk & Process Monitoring:

• Identify compliance risks

• Suggest improvements in internal processes

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of NBFC & RBI compliance

• Understanding of loan lifecycle & documentation

• Good knowledge of credit bureau systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and reporting skills
