Construction Manager

*) Oversee selection and coordination of subcontractors working on various phases of multiple projects

*) Allocate resources to projects

*) Supervise & ensure timely completion of reporting activities (progress reports, etc.) by project managers

*) Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts, and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses. 

*) Review architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed

*) Develop standard construction processes and implement

*) Define clear communication channels and procedures for smooth inter-departmental coordination

*) Identify and avoid changes in project plan that impact contract margin

*) Resolve inter-departmental issues and ensure smooth functioning across teams

*) Track and control construction schedules and associated costs to achieve completion of projects within time and monies allocated

*) Conduct regular construction review meetings 

*) Monitor project progress and ensure development of catch-up plan if required
