Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day site work execution as per instructions of Site Engineer
  • Manage labour, masons, carpenters, bar benders, and helpers
  • Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, levels, and specifications
  • Check RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork, plaster, and finishing
  • Maintain material receipt, usage, and basic site stock records
  • Ensure quality workmanship and reduce rework
  • Maintain site discipline and safety practices
  • Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and labour contractors
  • Report daily progress to Site Engineer / Project In-Charge
  • Assist in measurements and checking quantities
