Job Title: Customer Care Associate (CCA) – Retail (Clothing & Apparel)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in retail sales (Clothing & Apparel preferred)

Job Type: Full-time | Rotational Shifts

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Care Associates (CCA) for our retail clothing & apparel store. The ideal candidate should have prior retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers on the shop floor.

Help customers with product selection and styling.

Maintain display, visual merchandising, and stock arrangement.

Handle billing and ensure smooth sales transactions.

Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain cleanliness, grooming standards, and store discipline etc.

Requirements:

Must have experience in retail sales (clothing/apparel segment preferred).

Must be in full grooming and presentable at all times.

Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.

No offs during festive seasons.

Weekly off on rotational basis (except Saturday & Sunday).

Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Salary: As per company standards + Incentives
