Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet assigned service and productivity targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for M-Pocket onboarding, loan collection, and recovery.
- 📝 Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- 🤝 Communicate effectively to resolve queries & concerns
