Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Location: Ground floor, Chinar Fortune behind Vrindavan Dhaba, hoashangabad road

Shift Timings:

·        Male Candidates: 24×7 rotational shifts

·        Female Candidates: Rotational shifts between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM (9 hours rotational shift)

Job Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

·        Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and concerns.

·        Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to ensure high customer satisfaction.

·        Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions.

·        Maintain records of customer interactions and follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

·        Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to ensure seamless issue resolution.

·        Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

·        Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome.

·        Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

·        Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

·        Ability to work in rotational shifts (as per gender-based schedule).

·        Should be flexible, customer-oriented, and a quick learner.
