Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone/visit to remind them about pending payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans
- Maintain accurate records of customer communication and payment status
- Resolve customer queries regarding outstanding dues
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution
- Handle outbound calls for M-Pocket loan collection, and recovery.
- 📝 Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- 🤝 Communicate effectively to resolve queries & concerns
