Job Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

* Respond to customer chat messages

* Answer customer queries politely and clearly

* Resolve customer issues or escalate to the relevant team

* Update and maintain customer details in the system

* Ensure high-quality customer service

 Requirements

* Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

* Basic computer knowledge (typing, email, system usage)

* Comfortable with chat and voice processes

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualification

* Minimum 12th pass

* Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
