Customer Service Representative

Rentbuddy is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, convert leads, and manage daily operations in Bhopal.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp & lead follow-ups
• Convert inquiries into confirmed rental orders
• Maintain data in Excel & CRM
• Coordinate deliveries & payment follow-ups
• Maintain daily reports (MIS)

Requirements:

• Fresher can apply
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Target-oriented mindset

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
