We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for an international e-commerce organization. The role involves handling customer queries through email with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.


  • Roles & Responsibilities:Respond to international customer queries via email support only
  • Resolve complaints, refund requests, order issues, and product-related concerns
  • Ensure timely and quality responses as per company standards
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and complex cases
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow internal processes
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets
  • Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in E-commerce Customer Support (Email Process mandatory)
  • Graduate (Compulsory)
  • Good English communication skills (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Willing to commit for minimum 1 year
  • No leaves allowed during first 3 months of training (except major festivals)
