- Position: Customer Support Executive (Voice & Chat Process)
- Job Role & Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat support.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Update customer interaction details in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to ensure timely resolution.
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards in every interaction.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum
- qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Ability to handle customer queries politely and efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
