💰 Salary: CTC ₹15,000 + Incentives up to ₹10,000

🕒 Shift: Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs

🗣 Language Requirement: Basic English with clear communication skills

🎓 Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate or above

🚀 Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Assist customers with onboarding-related queries and support

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively

Maintain proper records and update customer details in the system

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Follow company processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines

Job Requirements:

Basic English proficiency with good articulation

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs

Must be available for immediate joining

Customer-oriented attitude with willingness to learn
