About Us:

Klassy.in is a fast-growing e-commerce brand offering premium customised products. We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Support Executive to join our team.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through Email, WhatsApp, and Calls
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions
• Make abandoned cart follow-up calls to convert leads into orders
• Make NDR (Non-Delivery Report) calls and resolve delivery-related issues
• Manage queries related to orders, exchanges, replacements, and cancellations
• Maintain polite and professional communication at all times
• Prepare daily reports and share updates with the team
• Requirements:Good English speaking and writing skills
• Good Hindi communication skills
• Must know basic computer operations
• Should know how to use Excel (basic level: data entry, filtering, updating sheets)
• Experience in customer handling is a plus
• Strong phone etiquette and patience
• Ability to work with WhatsApp, Email & CRM tools
• Responsible, punctual, and a quick learner

Salary:₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
