Customer Support Associate to join our Government process. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, support day-to-day operations, and ensure smooth service delivery with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Support the Government process by assisting buyers and sellers on the portal.
• Resolve customer issues promptly with a customer-centric approach.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for process updates and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to quality guidelines and service standards.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with online portals.
• Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary

• In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000
• Training Stipend: ₹7,500 for the first 30 days
