Job Description

Job SummaryThe Administrative Assistant cum Telecaller will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations and handling telephonic communication with potential and existing clients. The role requires strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Client CoordinationMake inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients
  • Provide basic information about the organization’s services and processes
  • Maintain call records, follow-ups, and client communication logs
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with concerned departments
  • Handle client queries in a polite and professional manner
  • Administrative & Computer WorkMaintain and update client records, databases, and files
  • Perform data entry and prepare reports using MS Word and MS Excel
  • Manage emails and official correspondence
  • Handle scanning, printing, document upload/download, and file management
  • Update CRM, website, or online forms (if applicable)
  • Office SupportAssist in daily office administration and coordination
  • Prepare reports and documents as instructed by senior staff
  • Support scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • Ensure confidentiality of client and organizational information
  • Required QualificationsMinimum Educational Qualification: Graduate candidates are preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining records and reports
  • Experience in telecalling or customer support is desirable
  • (Freshers may also apply)
  • Skills & CompetenciesProfessional attitude and good time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms will be an added advantage
