Wellnessta Private Limited works on consumer research, digital campaigns, and user-generated content initiatives. We are looking for Customer Support Executives who are confident in telephonic communication and data handling.

• 🎯 Job Responsibilities:
• 📞 Data collection and user follow-up for campaigns and surveys through telephone
• 🧾 Verify and validate user data collected during calls
• 📲 Manage and organize user-generated content (UGC)
• 🧠 Assist the Team Lead in managing research and UGC campaigns
• 🖼️ Select and shortlist usable UGC content
• 💬 Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• 📊 Maintain records of calls, feedback, and collected information
• 😊 Ensure a positive customer experience
• ⏰ Office Timing:🕘 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 📴 Weekly Off: All Sundays + 1 Saturday off per month
• ✅ Eligibility Criteria:
• 🎂 Age: 18 – 40 years
• 👥 Gender: Both genders allowed
• 🎓 Education: 12th Pass
• 🗣️ English: Intermediate English
• 💼 Experience: Minimum 6 months
• 🕘 Shift: Day Shift (Full Time)
