Job Description :

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international e-commerce organization.

You will handle customer queries and complaints via email with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via email on time.
• Maintain quality communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with the team to resolve complex cases.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Shift Types Availability:

🏢 Total Work from Office

🏠 Split Shift (First Half Work from Office, Second Half Work from Home)

💻 Overtime Work from Home (After Regular Office Hours)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce customer support (email).
• Basic English skills – must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
• Must be a graduate.
• Willing to work long-term (minimum 1 year commitment).
