Full Stack & Data Science Trainer (Java / Python)

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack & Data Science Trainer to teach and mentor students in Java Full Stack Development, Python Full Stack Development, and Data Science. The trainer will be responsible for delivering concept-driven, hands-on training that prepares students for real-world industry roles.

Key Responsibilities

·      Deliver classroom and practical training in:

·      Java Full Stack / Python Full Stack Development

·      Data Science fundamentals and applied concepts

·      Teach programming concepts in a simple, student-friendly manner, from beginner to advanced level.

·      Conduct hands-on labs, live coding sessions, and real-world projects.

·      Explain concepts such as:

§ Frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, basic frameworks)

§ Backend development (Java / Python, APIs, databases)

§ Data handling, analysis, and basic machine learning concepts

§ Design and assign projects, assignments, and assessments to evaluate student progress.

§ Guide students in problem-solving, logic building, and debugging techniques.

§ Support students with career guidance, interview preparation, and portfolio development.

§ Stay updated with latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.

§ Maintain class discipline, engagement, and a positive learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      Strong knowledge of Java and/or Python.

·      Understanding of Full Stack Development concepts.

·      Working knowledge of Data Science basics (data analysis, statistics, visualization, basic ML).

·      Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple language.

·      Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training students is preferred.

·      Good communication and presentation skills.

·      Passion for teaching and student development.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

·      Industry experience in software development or data science.

·      Experience handling college students or freshers.

·      Certification in Java, Python, Full Stack, or Data Science is an added advantage.
