🔹 Open Positions:

1️⃣ Digital Customer Specialist

Salary:

• ₹10,500 (Initial) → ₹13,000 after 6 months

• Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000/month

Shift: 8 AM – 8 PM (Any 9 Hours)

Week Off: Rotational

2️⃣ Digital Customer Specialist – Voice Process

Salary:

• ₹11,500 (Initial) → ₹12,500 after 6 months

• Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000/month

Shift: 7 AM – 8 PM (Any 9 Hours)

Week Off: Rotational

Skills Required:

• Basic communication in Hindi & English

• Versant Level 3 (or equivalent)

• Customer handling skills

Job Role:

• Handle customer queries over calls/digital platforms
