About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive who can manage our online marketing activities for both solar and real estate projects. The candidate should be able to plan and run ad campaigns, create engaging posts, manage our Google presence, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Advertising & Campaigns

Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ads and Google Ads for lead generation.

Track ad performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure ROI-based results.

Create remarketing and location-based ad sets for solar and real estate projects.

📱 Social Media & Content

Design attractive social media posts, reels, and stories using Canva / Photoshop.

Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Write creative captions and short ad copies.

📍 Google My Business (GMB) & SEO

Manage and update Google My Business listings for both solar and real estate divisions.

Post regular project updates, photos, and offers on GMB.

Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, and online visibility improvement.

💬 Lead Management & Coordination

Monitor ad leads through Meta, WhatsApp, and Google Forms.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up.

Maintain a basic lead sheet or CRM data.

📊 Reporting & Insights

Prepare weekly reports on ad performance, leads, and engagement.

Suggest improvements and new campaign ideas.

Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)

Google Ads (basic to intermediate)

Google My Business

Canva / Photoshop / CapCut

Basic content writing (English + Hindi)

Understanding of solar & real estate market (preferred)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing preferred.

Freshers with creative skills and knowledge of Meta Ads may also apply.
