Position Overview:We are seeking an agile and results-oriented Full Stack Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and manage impactful digital marketing campaigns for Idroid Becance and our clients. You will leverage your broad expertise across SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, content, and email marketing to achieve client objectives and agency growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Campaign Management: Strategize, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, Content) for a diverse client portfolio.
• Performance & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (GA4, Ads platforms, etc.), identify insights, and proactively optimize for KPIs, ROI, and client goals.
• Content & Social Engagement: Develop and manage engaging content for various digital platforms; oversee social media presence, community engagement, and paid social campaigns.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare clear performance reports, present findings, and effectively communicate strategies and results to clients and internal teams.
• Trend Integration: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the advertising and agency landscape, and integrate them into strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• [2-4+] years of proven experience in a comprehensive digital marketing role, ideally within an agency environment.Demonstrable expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), Social Media Marketing (Organic & Paid), Email Marketing, and Content Strategy & Creation.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and common SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).Basic understanding of web design principles or graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).Familiarity with video marketing or influencer marketing concepts.Experience with CRM systems.
