Job Description

The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the complete digital presence of healthcare and education-focused services related to speech therapy, hearing care, professional training, and digital products. This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision-making across platforms.


  • 1. Digital Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute an integrated digital media strategy aligned with clinical services, professional programs, and product launches
  • Create monthly and quarterly content calendars for awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Identify target audiences including parents, professionals, educators, and institutions
  • 2. Content Development & ManagementPlan and oversee creation of digital content including posts, reels, carousels, posters, banners, landing page content, and email creatives
  • Ensure content accuracy, clinical sensitivity, and ethical representation of services
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, clinicians, and trainers for content execution
  • 3. Social Media ManagementManage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business
  • Publish content consistently and maintain brand tone across platforms
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement; ensure timely and professional responses
  • 4. Campaigns, Launches & PromotionsPlan and execute digital campaigns for webinars, workshops, therapy programs, assessments, products, and awareness initiatives
  • Design funnel-based promotions (teaser → launch → follow-up)
  • Coordinate QR codes, landing pages, and registration workflows
  • 5. Paid Ads & Performance MarketingPlan, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
  • Allocate budgets strategically for lead generation, registrations, and brand reach
  • Track ROI, cost-per-lead, and conversion performance
  • 6. Website, SEO & Lead ManagementCoordinate content updates for websites, landing pages, and blogs
  • Implement basic SEO practices for visibility and discoverability
  • Manage lead flow from digital platforms to enquiry or sales teams
  • 7. Analytics, Reporting & OptimizationTrack performance metrics including reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and audience growth
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and action points
  • Continuously optimize content and campaigns based on data
  • 8. Brand Consistency & Quality ControlMaintain visual, tonal, and messaging consistency across all digital assets
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional communication standards
  • Review and approve creatives before publishing
  • 9. Coordination & Workflow ManagementAct as the central point of coordination between marketing, design, clinical, training, and sales teams
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables efficiently
  • Support recruitment, partnerships, and collaborations through digital visibility
  • Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy
  • Experience with healthcare, education, or service-based brands (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools, and social media dashboards
  • Basic understanding of design, video formats, and content aesthetics
  • Excellent communication, planning, and multitasking skills
  • Desired ProfileCreative thinker with strong execution ability
