Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated technician to join our team in Bhopal. Whether you are a junior technician just starting out or a senior technician with experience in EV servicing, we have an exciting opportunity for you! The technician will also take on the responsibility of managing our workshop and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

• Salary: INR 8,000 – 15,000 (based on experience)

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the workshop operations for EV servicing and retrofitting.
• Manage the team of junior technicians and ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform advanced repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on electric vehicles.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement of parts and tools.

• Qualifications:
• Proven experience in EV servicing and vehicle maintenance.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a workshop team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the latest electric vehicle technologies and systems.
