Executive Assistant Cum Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Helping define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables; tracking progress; managing project documentation (manuals, workflows).
• Administrative Duties: Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, filing (digital & physical), preparing reports, and managing office logistics.
• Communication & Coordination: Liaising with stakeholders, facilitating inter-departmental communication, documenting meeting action items, and ensuring alignment.
• Data & Reporting: Assisting with data collection, performance tracking, and creating ad-hoc project reports.
• Confidentiality: Handling sensitive project and company information with discretion. 

Skills Required

• Organization & Detail: Excellent record-keeping, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for team and stakeholder interaction.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools, document management systems, and standard office software.
• Proactiveness: Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
