Factory Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Supervisor to manage daily production operations and lead the shop-floor team. The candidate will ensure smooth production flow, maintain quality standards, and enforce safety procedures while meeting production targets.

• Supervise workers and assign daily tasks
• Monitor production processes and output quality
• Ensure machine efficiency and safety compliance
• Maintain attendance and work discipline
• Report daily production status to management
• Coordinate with maintenance and inventory teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role
• Basic knowledge of production processes and machinery
