Field Sales Executive

Job Overview:

Bharat Agrolink is looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our reach across assigned territories. The role involves visiting farmers and retailers, promoting agri-input products, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit farmers, dealers, and retailers regularly within the assigned area

• Promote and sell agri-input products such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and allied products

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones

• Conduct product demonstrations and farmer meetings

• Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and demand trends

• Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and support

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Graduate or diploma in Agriculture, Marketing, or related field preferred

• 1–3 years of field sales experience (freshers with agri background may apply)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
