Job SummarySJ Impex is looking for a Field Sales Executive to generate leads, visit factories, understand customer requirements, and close sales for industrial and material handling products such as hoists, cranes, safety equipment, and related solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit factories, warehouses, and industrial units in assigned territory
• Generate new leads and follow up on existing enquiries
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal team for quotations
• Present products, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
• Follow up on quotations, payments, and order execution
• Maintain daily visit reports and customer data
• Build long-term relationships with purchase, maintenance, and plant heads
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / Diploma (Engineering preferred but not mandatory)
• 1–4 years of field sales experience (industrial / B2B preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with factory visits and outdoor sales
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp / Email
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in cranes, hoists, material handling equipment, safety products, or industrial supplies
• Experience dealing with factories, EPC contractors, or project-based sales
