Vacancy - Feild Sales Executive

Qualification & Experience - Minimum 1yr sales experience with Moderate Level English required, along with data for calling,etc

Provisional Period - 2 month

Starting CTC - 10,000 to 14,000 INR (No bar for deserving candidate)

After Provision period CTC increment as per actual performance (2,000 INR to 15,000 INR) or No bar for Deserving Candidate

Age below 29 yrs and near Dmart Kolar Person more preferable

Job Description,

Identify and approach potential residential and small commercial solar clients.

Promote solar power solutions under 200 kW capacity.

Generate leads through digital campaigns, referrals, and field visits.

Prepare and deliver product presentations and basic ROI proposals.

Conduct site surveys with technical teams.

Coordinate with installation and engineering teams post-sale.

Maintain customer records and track sales.

Support in local marketing activities (events, stalls, promotions).

Stay updated on solar incentives, net metering, and local regulations.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or Renewable Energy (preferred).

Minimum 1yr of experience in solar or related B2C/B2B sales.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Basic understanding of rooftop solar systems.

Willingness to travel locally or regionally.
