Field Sales Executive

My SpeechCare Web Services Pvt. Ltd. develops research-based educational materials, therapy kits, and digital solutions designed to support speech, language, and communication development. Our products are used by speech-language pathologists, special educators, therapists, schools, clinics, and parents across India.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our speech therapy products and educational materials to healthcare and education professionals. The role involves building relationships with clinics, hospitals, therapy centers, schools, and institutions, demonstrating products, and expanding the company’s customer base.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Visit speech therapy clinics, hospitals, schools, special education centers, and rehabilitation facilities to introduce and promote company products.

• Conduct product demonstrations for therapists, educators, and institutional buyers.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales through regular follow-ups and relationship building.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams for order processing and product delivery.

• Maintain records of sales visits, leads, and customer feedback.

• Participate in exhibitions, workshops, conferences, and professional events to promote the company’s products.

• Provide feedback from the field regarding customer needs, product improvements, and market trends.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or any relevant field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build professional relationships with healthcare and education professionals.

• Self-motivated and comfortable with field-based work and travel.

• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in medical, educational, or therapy product sales.

• Familiarity with the healthcare or special education sector.

• Ability to conduct product presentations and demonstrations confidently.
