specializing in robotic cleaning solutions for

Indian homes. Our flagship product, the HM 800

Smart Robot Vacuum & Mop, is transforming how

modern families handle daily floor cleaning.


We are expanding to Bhopal and looking for our

FIRST team member in the city - someone who will

build and own the entire Bhopal market from scratch.


This is not just a job. This is an opportunity to

be the founding member of HM Robots in Bhopal.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

────────────────────────────────────────────────────


• Conduct live product demonstrations at customers'

homes — showing the robot cleaning their actual

floors in real-time


• Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp

outreach, door-to-door visits in apartment

societies, and local partnerships


• Build relationships with interior designers,

furniture stores, doctors' clinics, and other

local businesses for referral partnerships


• Create simple social media content (photos,

short videos) for Instagram, Facebook, and

WhatsApp marketing


• Follow up with interested customers and close

sales through trust-building and demonstration


• Attend and organize local demo events in

apartment societies, malls, and community spaces


• Maintain daily activity reports and customer

database updates


• Collect customer testimonials and Google reviews

after every sale


• Represent HM Robots as the brand face in Bhopal —

building awareness and trust in the local market

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Graduate in any field (BA, BCom, BBA, BSc -

stream doesn't matter)


• 1-3 years of experience in field sales,

direct sales, or door-to-door sales

(Home appliance sales experience like Eureka Forbes,

Kent RO, Aquaguard, water purifiers is a BIG PLUS)


• Excellent communication in Hindi (mandatory)

and basic English (for WhatsApp and messaging)


• Confident, well-spoken, and presentable personality -

you will be entering premium homes and interacting

with families


• Comfortable with field work - door-to-door visits,

apartment society canvassing, and customer home visits


• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)


• Smartphone with WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic

app usage comfort


• Self-motivated and target-driven - you don't need

someone watching you to do your work


• Resilient - able to handle rejection gracefully

and keep going


• Honest and reliable - this is a trust-based role

where you enter people's homes


• Must be based in Bhopal with good knowledge of

the city's residential areas
