Job Description
Paytm mein QR Department ke liye vacancy hai (Field Work).
Job Role:
- Aapko ek fixed area diya jayega.
- Jo customers pehle se Paytm use kar rahe hain, unke yahan complaints handle karni hongi.
- Jinke shops par Paytm QR Code nahi laga hai, wahan FREE QR Code install karna hoga.
- Paytm ka ek aur product Sound Box (Speaker) hota hai, woh bhi FREE install karna hoga.
- Jin merchants ka Paytm band ho gaya hai, unka account reactivate karna hoga.
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 (in-hand)
- Incentives:
- ₹100 per QR Code installation
- ₹80 per Sound Box installation
- ₹150 per Paytm reactivation
👉 Aap easily ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month kama sakte ho (salary + incentives).
Daily Target:
- Daily 10 points complete karne hote hain.
- Har shop visit par 1 point milega.
- Matlab daily 10 shops visit karna zaroori hai.
- Career Growth:Har 3 mahine mein promotion ka chance:
- Senior FSE
- Group Leader (GL)
- Team Leader (TL)
