Field Sales Executive

 Job OverviewA Field Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting credit card products by directly interacting with potential clients in assigned locations. This role involves outdoor sales, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• 🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers in assigned areas (markets, offices, malls, etc.)
• Promote and explain features and benefits of credit card products
• Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field visits
• Assist customers in filling out application forms and documentation
• Verify customer details and ensure compliance with company policies
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain daily activity reports and sales records
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals
• 🎓 Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Prior experience in sales, BFSI, or credit card sales is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in the field and travel locally
