Job Description
Merchant Acquisition: Identify, meet, and onboard new merchants for QR code and sound box sales.
Field Operations: Conduct daily market visits (e.g., 10-15 merchants per day) to drive sales and promote products.
Distribution & Market Share: Grow distribution and market share for QR and sound box solutions in a specific geographic area.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with merchants, ensuring product usage and satisfaction.
Market Insights: Provide feedback and business insights from the market to management.
Beat Plan & Tracking: Follow a defined beat plan, track daily activities, and ensure attendance.
