Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Manager to drive sales of solar rooftop solutions for residential and commercial clients. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, technical understanding of solar systems, and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate new leads for residential and commercial solar rooftop projects
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand energy requirements
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

2. Client Consultation & Proposal Development

  • Explain solar solutions, benefits, ROI, and government subsidies to clients
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Coordinate with technical teams for system design and feasibility

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, architects, and corporate clients
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed sales
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Suggest improvements in sales strategy and product offerings

5. Documentation & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
  • Coordinate with installation and operations teams for project execution
  • Assist customers with documentation for subsidies, net metering, and approvals



  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical, or related sales
  • Strong understanding of solar rooftop systems (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Willingness to travel for site visits



  • Preferred QualificationsExperience in solar EPC or renewable energy sector
  • Knowledge of government solar policies and subsidy schemes
  • Technical understanding of PV systems and energy savings calculations
