Job Title: Field Operation Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Field Operation Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and monitoring outsourced manufacturing work and ensuring timely, quality-controlled installation of materials and systems across multiple cities. The role involves close coordination with vendors, site teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects as per approved specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and track manufacturing work assigned to external vendors to ensure adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

2. Conduct regular follow-ups with manufacturers and suppliers regarding production status and dispatch schedules.

3. Supervise on-site installation activities in different cities and ensure work is executed as per project requirements.

4. Coordinate with local site teams, contractors, and municipal/organizational officials during installation.

5. Verify material quality, quantity, and workmanship at the time of delivery and installation.

6. Report daily and weekly progress updates, including photographs, site reports, and status summaries.

7. Identify on-ground issues related to manufacturing delays, logistics, or installation and escalate them for timely resolution.

8. Ensure compliance with safety norms and standard operating procedures at installation sites.

9. Support documentation related to work completion, vendor performance, and project handover.

10. Required Skills & Competencies:

a. Strong field coordination and supervision skills.

b. Ability to monitor multiple locations and vendors simultaneously.

c. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and installation workflows.

d. Good communication skills for coordination with vendors and field teams.

e. Willingness to travel frequently across cities.

f. Basic reporting and documentation skills (Excel, WhatsApp updates, photo documentation).

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / Diploma (any stream; technical background preferred but not mandatory).

1–3 years of experience in field operations, project supervision, or installation monitoring roles.
