Field Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and active Supervisor who can manage office coordination along with occasional site visits. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily activities, monitoring work progress, and coordinating between office staff, site workers, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of daily work activities (office & site)
2. Site visits as required to check work progress & quality
3. Coordinating with site staff, technicians & vendors
4. Reporting daily/weekly progress to management
5. Maintaining site records, attendance & basic reports
6. Monitoring material usage & site discipline
7. Ensuring safety guidelines are followed at site
8. Supporting tender & project execution team when required
